As CEO and Founder of Innovation Advantage, she created the Virtual Nursing Academy, transforming how virtual nursing care is delivered in hospitals. A published author, global speaker, and strategic advisor to health-tech companies, Dr. Clipper is a catalyst for change, uniting technology, operations, and leadership to shape the future of nursing and patient care. 

Joana de Almeida is an international healthcare strategist and policy advisor with over two decades of experience spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She is a member of the Healthcare Working Group at the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, an Expert for the European Commission, and Counselor for Healthcare & Middle East at the Portuguese Diaspora Council. Founder and Head of Healthcare for the Portuguese Business Council in Abu Dhabi & Kuwait, Joana advises on market access, digital health, AI, health tourism, and value-based care. Her career includes senior roles in MedTech, pharma, and health policy, underpinned by academic research at the University of Aveiro on value-based healthcare and digital transformation.

João Bocas is a globally recognized digital health influencer, keynote speaker, and thought leader specializing in wearable technologies, digital transformation, and the future of healthcare. With over 25 years' experience in business development, healthcare innovation, and emerging technologies, he advises organizations worldwide on strategy, innovation, and digital adoption. Known as "The Wearables Expert," João has been featured in top industry publications and stages, helping bridge the gap between technology and human-centered healthcare.
