Ticket Entitlements
1. What does my ticket include?
Your paid ticket gives you access to:
All main summit sessions (keynotes, panels, facilitated discussions)
Networking events, demos, and sponsor showcases
Official event materials (agenda, speaker bios, summaries)
A digital Certificate of Attendance (sent post-event)
Select post-event recordings (hybrid and virtual ticket holders only)
Access to the attendee directory (if you opt in)
On-site and virtual support from our team throughout the event
2. Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Yes. All registered participants who attend the event (in-person or virtually) will receive a Certificate of Attendance by email within two weeks after the event ends, whenever requested.
3. Does my ticket cover all event activities?
On-site ticket types include full access to main sessions and networking activities. Some premium or invitation-only sessions (such as private roundtables or dinners) may require additional registration or an exclusive invitation..
4. Are meals included in the ticket?
Meals are not included in your registration. However, occasional catering for light refreshments and hot beverages will be provided during breaks. The official dinner is by invitation only, though participants may be able to purchase separate dinner tickets if space permits. Please check availability closer to the event date.
5. What is included in the virtual ticket?
Virtual ticket holders will have access to:
Live-streamed main sessions
Online Q&A and chat with speakers (where applicable)
Event materials in digital format
A Certificate of Attendance
Access to selected session recordings after the event
6. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the event by emailing team@healthdataforum.org.
7. Where can I find more details about my registration?
