Dan is a senior digital leader with deep expertise in healthcare and public sector transformation. As former Chief Digital Information Officer for Health & Social Care in Northern Ireland, he led the region's digital strategy, overseeing a £1.3Bn investment programme, the UK's most comprehensive Epic EMR deployment, and the digital response to COVID-19. He was a Deputy Secretary on the Department of Health board, responsible for digital, cyber, and data across a £200m annual portfolio.

Now leading Accenture's Northern Ireland business, Dan focuses on building digital capabilities to reinvent how organisations in Northern Ireland innovate, do work, and deliver value. He is the co-founder and CEO of verif.ai (https://verif-ai.digital) - a new paradigm in EHR security and privacy. He also supports technology development for an ESG Insurtech start-up.

Dan is a founding member of the UK 4 Nations Health & Care Digital Leadership Forum, a current HIMSS UK/I Committee member, and has been recognised in the CIO100 and as Northern Ireland's Digital Leader of the Year.
