Lucía Arriola García is a Senior Lawyer and Head of the Digital Law Practice at LKS Next LEGAL. She advises organisations on the legal and regulatory challenges of digital transformation, with particular expertise in data protection, information security, artificial intelligence and technology compliance.

She holds a Law degree with a legal-economic specialisation from the University of Deusto and completed professional legal practice training at the Biscay Bar Association. Her work includes GDPR compliance, data governance and security, and the practical implementation of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act—covering AI literacy, risk assessment, governance requirements, and the prevention of prohibited AI practices.
