In 2026, we are expanding our dialogue globally through two complementary formats: the Health Data Forum Executive Think Tank Series and our flagship Global Hybrid Summits.
The inaugural Think Tank will take place online as a virtual side event to Arab Health / WHX Dubai. This exclusive, invitation-only gathering will unite global and regional leaders around Real-World Evidence and Advanced Therapies — turning global insight into regional innovation.
Glasgow — Executive Think Tank Scotland (Spring 2026)
Continuing the UK/Europe continuity from Cardiff and Wales, our Scotland edition will advance the conversation on data governance, trusted research environments, and cross-border collaboration.
Bilbao — Global Hybrid Summit (24–25 September 2026)
Our flagship European convening returns with Making EHDS Real: Scaling Genomics & Imaging for Trusted Secondary Use.
Hosted in collaboration with the Basque Health Authorities, this curated hybrid summit will bridge policy, infrastructure, and implementation — exploring how to operationalise the European Health Data Space for high-dimensional data in real-world settings.

From our early gatherings in Porto to the strategic alliance in Ghent and the resounding success of the Health Data Forum Global Hybrid Summit in Cascais, we continued to elevate the global conversation on health data and responsible innovation.
In September 2025, we brought the Health Data Forum Global Hybrid Summit to Wales, a nation at the forefront of digital health integration. This milestone event built on the momentum of Cascais 2024, advancing urgent dialogue on Real-World Evidence (RWE), digital health innovation, and ethical data governance — with a strong emphasis on cross-sector collaboration and system integration.
Then, in February 2026, we head to Dubai for an exclusive Health Data Forum Executive Think Tank, held as a side event to Arab Health / WHX Dubai. In this high-impact, invitation-only setting, global health leaders and executives will shape the future of Real-World Evidence (RWE), exploring how data can drive value-based care, regulatory innovation, and investment-led healthcare transformation across the GCC and beyond.
