Programme Director at the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra 

Markus Kalliola is Programme Director at the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra, leading its Future of Well‑being solutions and international programmes, including the Health through Data agenda. He coordinates the EU Joint Action Towards the European Health Data Space (TEHDAS2) and the Nordic VALO project, building on his previous leadership of Sitra's Health Data 2030 initiative and long experience in EU‑level digital health, cross‑border healthcare IT and fair data economy projects.
