Xabier Eroa Belaustegui is Director for Industry, Consumer, Business Services & Health at Ayesa Digital, where he leads data‑ and AI‑driven solutions for healthcare, social care and industrial clients, with a strong presence in the Basque ecosystem. He has extensive experience in digital health and care, previously serving as Director of the Health & Care sector at Ibermática (now part of Ayesa) and leading projects such as predictive remote care for older people that combine IoT, advanced analytics, AI, and interoperable platforms to support more proactive and personalised services. As a regular speaker and moderator in regional events on health data and innovation, he works at the intersection of technology, healthcare providers and public authorities to align stakeholders around a sustainable, data‑driven future for health and social care. 

Xabier Eroa Belaustegui es Director de Industry, Consumer, Business Services & Health en Ayesa Digital, desde donde impulsa soluciones basadas en datos e inteligencia artificial para el sector sanitario, sociosanitario e industrial, con una fuerte implantación en el ecosistema vasco. Cuenta con una larga trayectoria en salud digital, tras haber sido Director del sector Health & Care en Ibermática (hoy integrada en Ayesa) y liderar proyectos como la teleasistencia predictiva para personas mayores, que combinan IoT, analítica avanzada, IA y plataformas interoperables para ofrecer servicios más proactivos y personalizados. Ponente y moderador habitual en jornadas sobre datos e innovación en salud en Euskadi, trabaja en la intersección entre tecnología, proveedores sanitarios y administraciones públicas para alinear a los actores hacia un futuro sostenible y orientado al dato en salud y cuidados.
