Membership and project delivery

Annual fees pay for defined visibility and collaboration services. They do not purchase a delivery role or guarantee project contracts. Each project has its own scope, budget, responsibilities and agreement.

Associate Partners may also contribute to funded projects. Where work is commissioned, its scope and remuneration are agreed within the project budget.

Before you join

Can patient associations join for free?

Yes. Associate membership is open to patient associations and other eligible organisations, subject to approval. Their contribution can include lived experience, priority setting, co-design and feedback on the relevance of proposed interventions.

Are Founding Enabling Partners part of these three levels?

Founding Enabling Partners have a separate strategic and funding relationship with the Real Data, Better AI movement through Health Data Forum. Any commissioned Atlas Health study or other project is explicitly scoped and budgeted in the relevant agreement.

What happens to existing Village members?

Existing Village recognition and agreed benefits will be respected. Each organisation will be invited to discuss its future participation. An existing directory listing does not automatically enrol an organisation in a paid annual programme.

How do I choose a programme?

Share your organisation’s capabilities, regions of operation and intended contribution. The Health Data Forum team will discuss the appropriate level and confirm eligibility, services, fees where applicable, duration and renewal terms before any commitment.
