Dress Code

The Health Data Forum encourages open dialogue and a relaxed exchange of ideas. During the working sessions, we therefore recommend business casual or smart casual attire. Jackets and ties are optional, and comfortable footwear is perfectly appropriate.

Speakers' Dinner at Sociedad Bilbaina

The dinner will take place at Sociedad Bilbaina, a historic private club with a more formal dress code. Guests are asked to wear a jacket or equivalent smart evening attire.

Please note that the Club does not permit:

  • Shorts or ripped trousers
  • T-shirts
  • Flip-flops
  • Trainers or other athletic footwear
  • Sportswear, overly casual clothing, or excessively flashy attire

For the dinner, we recommend business attire or elegant smart casual. A tie is not required.

In short: come comfortably and professionally dressed for the Summit—and bring a jacket or equivalent formal attire, together with smart shoes, for the dinner.
