Bilbao 2026 Speaker Hub
Welcome to the Health Data Forum Global Hybrid Summit 2026 Speaker Hub.
This page is your permanent reference point for everything you may need ahead of 24–25 September 2026 in Bilbao.
We are deliberately keeping speaker communications as light as possible. Rather than sending multiple operational emails, we will keep this page updated with the latest practical information, speaker resources, communications materials and support options.
Your participation
Onsite speakers
We are looking forward to welcoming you to Bilbao.
Accommodation has been reserved for our international guest speakers at:
The hotel is around a 20-minute walk from Palacio Euskalduna, where the Summit will take place, or approximately two tram stops away.
For those who prefer to walk, the route is particularly pleasant: cross the emblematic Zubizuri Bridge, turn left and continue along the river towards Palacio Euskalduna.
In case you have not done so, please book your flights as soon as possible.
Once booked, please send us your arrival flight number and arrival time, so that we can coordinate the necessary Uber transfers and arrival logistics.
If you need any assistance with travel arrangements, please use the Speaker Helpdesk below.
Remote speakers
If you are joining remotely, you should by now have received a Microsoft Teams calendar invitation for your session.
As the Summit will also be broadcast live, some remote speakers may receive a separate studio access link closer to the event. Where this applies, we will send simple joining instructions in advance.
Please keep the Teams invitation in your calendar as the reference for your session timing.
Where required, we will also arrange a short technical check ahead of the Summit.

Summit venue
Palacio Euskalduna
Bilbao, Basque Country
The Health Data Forum Global Hybrid Summit will take place on 24–25 September 2026.
The programme is designed as a journey from policy to implementation, with a particular focus on EHDS, genomics, health systems, infrastructure, trust, and responsible AI.
Social media resources
We have prepared a shared resource folder for speakers, including:
- Individual speaker social media cards
If you haven't found your individual speaker social media card, don't worry—it's being prepared and will be shared with you shortly.
You are very welcome to use these materials across LinkedIn and your other professional networks.
Your support in sharing the Summit is especially valuable because online participation is free. Helping us reach the right policymakers, clinicians, researchers, health-system leaders and innovators will make the conversations in Bilbao stronger.
