By joining us in Wales, you become part of a live dialogue—where data governance, digital ethics, and AI innovation converge to create resilient, people-centred healthcare systems.

Why Wales? Why Now?

Wales has become one of the most inspiring real-world examples of how data can transform healthcare—ethically, securely, and at scale. As the host of the Health Data Forum Global Hybrid Summit 2025, Cardiff's Principality Stadium is more than a venue: it's a launchpad for ideas that are shaping the future of health systems worldwide.

From Trusted Research Environments (TREs) to cross-sector governance models like WASPI, NHS Wales is internationally recognised for using health data to improve care delivery, public health, and policy. It's no coincidence that this year's summit is being co-hosted with Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW)—a leader in evidence-based digital innovation.

At the heart of this is the Social Tech & Health Innovation Village — our innovation showcase. Unlike traditional expo halls, The Village is integrated into the Summit programme, giving participants the chance to discover pioneering projects, platforms, and partnerships in an environment designed for dialogue rather than sales pitches.

Building a Data-Driven Future for Healthcare, Together
