On behalf of the organizing committee, I am delighted to welcome you to the 2022 edition of the Health Data Forum Global Hybrid Summit.

Our summit series was entirely born during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the success we have reached couldn't have been possible if it were not for the fact that we could rapidly engage with health data thought leaders from all over the world.

This time, we are looking forward to welcome +60 guest speakers on-site in Porto, the capital of the North of Portugal.

As you know, this year's edition is a joint organization of FMUP Porto University's Medical School with MEDCIDS and the i-HD (European Institute for Innovation through Health Data).

This synergistic combination has made possible this summit to be one of the most specialized conferences in Health Data globally and thanks to +300 registrations like yours, one of the biggest in the world.

We are pleased to have your participation in this mutual success.

The goal of the Health Data Forum Global Hybrid Summit is not to become a "Davos of Health Data", on the contrary, we hope this conference to be as much inclusive as possible, with the least possible barriers for anyone deeply concerned with health data to join us.

Concerned citizens and professionals from any perspective, patient, health professional, researcher, and policymaker are all welcome to watch the free live broadcast and join the debates on our virtual platform, courtesy of Howspace.
